1. Download the Wind SmartVoice App.
2. Call the WIND Telecom Contact Center at 809 200 3000 to activate your WIND line and Wind SmartVoice.
   1. Plan 200 Minutes
   2. Plan 500 Minutes
   3. Plan 700 Minutes
   4. Plan 1500 Minutes
3. Receive your username and password via email.
4. Open the application, enter your username and password.
5. You can now use your Wind SmartVoice service.
